SPONSOR: Warner Bros. Advanced Digital Services, 4000 Warner Blvd., Bldg. 168, Burbank, CA 91522 (“Sponsor”). “Sponsor and its agents” shall mean Warner Bros. Advanced Digital Services, its advertising/promotional and/or fulfillment agencies and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is (1) open to new and current Warner Bros. 17 Again Mobile SMS Alerts subscribers who are legal residents in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia and who are 13 years of age or older; (2) who have a registered wireless account and have a wireless telephone with Short Message Service (“SMS”) capability and wireless internet service; (3) void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law; and (4) subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entrants who are not of the age of majority in their state must have their parents’ or guardians’ consent to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Time Warner, Inc., Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Technical Operations Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors and agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible.

1) Mobile Entry: (a): Send an SMS by sending a text message with the number “17” to “58671”, or (b) Using your wireless phone, go to the Wireless Application Protocol site (“WAP Site”, [m.17againmovie.com], and you will be prompted to enter your mobile number, and age and click on the submit button). You will receive a return text message asking you to confirm your entry into this Sweepstakes and your subscription to the 17 Again Mobile SMS Alerts (“Alerts”).

If you are a new subscriber to the Alerts, you can unsubscribe from the Alerts at any time without affecting your chances of winning. Standard text messaging rates will apply based on the terms of your wireless service agreement. To enter without incurring text messaging charges, use the “Alternative Method of Entry” below.

2) Alternative Method of Entry: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes for free by the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) by sending a printed 3” x 5” card mail-in entry with his/her name, address, phone number, and email address (if any) to the following address: Warner Bros. Advanced Digital Services, c/o “17 Again Sweepstakes” 3300 W. Olive Ave., Bldg. 168, Burbank, CA 91522. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected and postage due entries. Such entries are not eligible and will be disqualified. All mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per envelope and must be postmarked by April 21, 2009. Any reproduced entries are not eligible and will be disqualified.

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Illegible and/or incomplete Mobile or Alternative Method Entries and Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for disconnection in phone lines; or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries. Proof of entering information via your wireless phone, mail-in entry or the WAP Site does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification. Use of computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic, automatic and other similar means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the entrant. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same wireless SMS device. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the wireless account is registered on the date the Entry is submitted. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
